AAA  Fresno Grizzlies game against the Colorado Springs Sky Sox was postponed.  I have to say, this year is the first time I can remember where the Fresno box scores are the ones I am most anxious to see each day.  Gotta keep tabs on Noonan, Roger, Culby, Pegs, Hembree and the rest of the gang.

AA  Richmond Flying Squirrels blanked the Harrisburg Senators 2-0:

Justin Fitzgerald(RHP)-  8.1 IP, 4 H, 0 R, 2 BB, 8 K's, GO/AO= 11/3.  ERA= 2.70
Brett Bochy(RHP)- 0.2 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 2 K's.  ERA= 0.00.

Seems like Fitz could move up to Fresno.  At the rate things are going, I don't think it's out of the question that we could see Melonhead and Melonhead Jr. together in the SF dugout or on the pitching mound.

High A  Modesto Nuts out hit the San Jose Giants 10-7:

Low A  Hagerstown Suns battered the Augusta Greenjackets 11-3:

Adalberto Mejia(LHP)- 2.1 IP, 4 H, 2 R, 0 BB, 2 K's.  ERA= 14.29.
Kevin Couture(RHP)- 2 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 5 K's.  ERA= 1.89.
Demondre Arnold(RHP)- 1.2 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 1 K.  ERA= 2.87.

Couture has 21 K's against 7 BB, in 19 IP.  Old for the league at age 24, though.
