Eric Surkamp(LHP)- 6.2 IP, 6 H, 3 R, 2 ER, 3 BB, 7 K's. ERA= 2.09.
Roger hitting .289 over his last 10 games with a SLG% of .553. Surkamp was a bit off, but still had a QS.
High A San Jose Giants corraled the High Desert Mavericks 6-3:
Gary Brown(CF)- 2 for 5, 3B, SB(43). BA= .317.
Nick Noonan(3B)- 2 for 4, BB, SB(1). BA= .250.
Luke Anders(1B)- 2 for 4, 2B, HR(10). BA= .253.
Jarrett Parker(RF)- 1 for 2, 2 BB, Assist(3B). BA= .268.
Chris Heston(RHP)- 6 IP, 9 H, 3 R, 1 BB, 7 K's. ERA= 3.79.

Noonan goes all the way down to SJ and now is playing 3B? Parker has a cannon in RF. Love Dunning's arm.
Low A Savannah Sand Gnats downed the Augusta Greenjackets 5-3: Nothing to see here.
Short Season Boise Hawks topped the Salem-Keizer Volcanoes 9-5:

Chuckie Jones(CF)- 2 for 4. BA= .235.
Dan Burkhart(C)- 2 for 3, 2B, BB. BA= .283.
Chuckie's BA is rising and he played CF tonight.

Looks like Noonan is being prepared for the utility role, he has now played 2B, SS, and now 3B. Maybe since they lost Rohlinger? Or they have given up on Burriss?

ReplyDeleteThey added Waldis Joaquin the to 40 man. Maybe Waldis had a out clause or something and they decided they didn't want to let him get away. Some reason why Waldis turned down the ChiSox after the Giants dropped him.
